Wednesday, March 66:00—7:00 PMChildren's RoomBarrington Public Library105 Ramsdell Lane, Barrington, NH, 03825

Join us for a virtual tour of central Vietnam, visiting street markets, imperial palaces, Buddhist temples and some of the largest and most ornate limestone caverns in the world. Doug Bogen and Karolina Bodner of Barrington will present a slideshow and some souvenirs of their trip to Vietnam last March.

Besides their recent trip to Vietnam, Doug and Karolina have traveled together and separately to many countries in Europe, Latin America and South Asia, including Belize, Ecuador, Guatemala, France, India, Mexico, Pakistan, Poland, and Russia, as well as throughout the Southwest U.S. Doug got his start in international travel at age 14, when his family packed up and moved to Karachi, Pakistan for a year. Karolina has made many trips to Poland - where she has family - and to Belize, in an ongoing educational assistance and exchange program for over 30 years. Locally, Doug is chair of the Barrington Conservation Commission and Karolina is a BPL Trustee.
