CHALK-A-LOT (A parking lot, that is!)

"Imagine Your Story" in chalk drawings! Families (and individuals) may register for their own frame to draw in a circle on the ECLC parking lot next door to the Library. Participants are invited to draw a scene from a fairy tale, a favorite book, or let your imagination go wild and create your own scene. Participants will receive a box of sidewalk chalk, and have from 10am-11am to create their design. At 11 o'clock sharp we will hold an art stroll to admire everyone's chalk drawings (remember social distancing). Each family or individual will receive a goody bag of CHOC-O-LATE for participating!  Requirements to participate in this event:

    • REGISTRATION is required to reserve your spot and chalk.  Only one registration is needed for a family.

    • Families must be confident their children will stay in their designated drawing area.

    • Participants must park in the playground parking lot (please keep Library lot open for other patrons) - no cars are allowed in the Chalk Lot.

    • Participants must wear masks and maintain social distancing while participating in the Art stroll.
