Make and Take Homemade Teas! - Learn about the ancient and modern day healing and medicinal properties of teas! Teas have been used to assist in treating depression, anxiety, insomnia, arthritis, digestive problems, boost immunity, alleviate headaches and for calming and energizing. Create and make your own 3 tea blend samples to take home, 1-uplifting, 2-relaxing, 3-healing (for pain and digestive issues). Registration is required for this event and participants must be 18 or older.
