We will discuss Chinese Five Spice, and hand out next month's packet with Ground Fennel.

Everyone is Welcome - Join us on the first Monday of each month at 5pm! We will discuss a different spice or herb every month. It is a time to share, ask questions and possibly have a tasting of someone's recipe!  At each meeting we will hand out a new spice packet and discuss the previous month's spice.

The spice packet is a small brochure with information and recipes about each spice along with a sample of the spice for that month. 

You do not need to Register, but if you will need to if you would like a spice packet for the following month.
