This month's meeting we will share how we did with November's Berbere Spice packets ALONG with doing a Cookie Swap for the holidays! We will do the cookie swap at the end of the meeting. If you are interested in participating please email Wendy (e-mail below), and you will receive an email closer to the date with how many people are participating in the swap to estimate how many of one cookie to bring. If you have been attending Spice Club, and can use one of the spices we have used in the past - even better! Not necessary, but fun to try. We also ask you bring a copy of the recipe you use to share. 

Everyone is Welcome any month - Join us on the first Monday of each month at 5pm! We will discuss a different spice or herb every month. It is a time to share, ask questions and possibly have a taste of someone's recipe!  At each meeting we will hand out a new spice packet and discuss the previous month's spice.

We have spice packets that contain a small brochure with information and recipes about each spice along with a sample of the spice for that month.

If you would like to request a spice packet, or have any questions, please email Wendy at children@barringtonlibrary.com. Stop by during the month to pick up. Members will receive a spice packet for the next month automatically when they come to the meeting.
