What's TEAM? TEAM stands for Teen Exploration, Adventures and Mentoring. The purpose of the TEAM program will be to engage youths, ages 12-17, in programming that develops leadership, responsibility, collaboration, and self-confidence. In partnership with the Rec Department, the goal of the TEAM program is to foster an environment where teens can learn, develop, and grow into strong community members through connection, engagement, and friendship. The hope is to bring TEAM members on leadership retreats, service trips, and adventures that will improve their quality of life, leadership skills, and benevolence. Trips will range from educational, to experiential, to recreational.
Session 2: Who are you, and what do you bring to the table?
Thursdays, January 4 - January 25
In this session we will dive into what makes each of us unique and in turn what we have to offer our communities. Being a great leader requires great self awareness, so we will dive into strengths, areas of improvement and more!
